Terms of Service

Last updated: January 1, 2026

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the UNIMED Billing, LLC (“UNIMED,” “we,” “us”) website located at unimedbilling.com and any related services. By accessing our website or submitting a form, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services described

This website provides information about UNIMED’s medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle management services. Specific billing services are governed by a separate signed Services Agreement and, where applicable, a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) between UNIMED and the client practice. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding service agreement on its own.

3. Free practice analysis

Our free practice analysis is offered without cost or obligation. Estimates provided — including the ROI calculator on our Pricing page — are illustrative only, based on industry averages and the figures you provide, and do not constitute a guarantee of results. Actual recoverable revenue depends on your practice’s specific payer mix, documentation, and billing history.

4. Performance guarantee

The 90-day performance guarantee referenced on this website applies only to clients under an active, fully executed Services Agreement with UNIMED Billing, and is subject to the specific terms, conditions, and exclusions set out in that agreement.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of UNIMED Billing, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information through our forms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

7. Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. UNIMED does not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNIMED Billing, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability for services rendered under a signed Services Agreement is governed by the terms of that agreement.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
